About Iran Air

Iran Air is the flag carrier airline of Iran, which was founded in 1944 as Iranian Airways Company and started operating from 1961 as Iran Air. The airline operates scheduled services to 60 destinations from its hub at the Tehran-Mehrabad International Airport and Tehran Imam Khomeini International Airport. It frequently flies to Mashhad International Airport, Shiraz International Airport, Isfahan International Airport and Tabriz International Airport with a fleet size of 51 aircrafts. Iran air has various subsidiaries by the name of Homa Hotel Group, Iran Airtour and Iran Air Cargo. It has codeshare agreement with Aeroflot, Austrian Airlines, Azerbaijan Airlines and Turkish Airlines.
